CHRISTIAN LECOLE

Originally from France, Christian developed a passion for the hospitality industry at an early age during travels across Europe with his parents. At age 11, he expressed his desire to pursue a career in hospitality, inspired by the idea that if it was enjoyable to stay in hotels, it must be equally rewarding to work in them. He enrolled at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne based on professional recommendations, beginning a career that has spanned prestigious locations worldwide.

Christian's career has taken him across Europe, Asia, and the United States, where he has worked with premier hotel groups such as the Waldorf-Astoria, The Pierre, and Four Seasons. In New York City, he transformed the University Club into a celebrated F&B operation and event venue, collaborating with renowned chefs.

In 2000, Christian joined Lehman Brothers, leading their international Food Services and Hospitality division. His role included overseeing global expansion projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Europe, the UK, Brazil, and the USA, setting standards for award-winning designs and services.

Following the collapse of Lehman Brothers, Christian directed major catering events and F&B programs for the Olympic Games in Vancouver and London. He later joined Jones Lang LaSalle as Director of Center of Excellence, re-engineering F&B and hospitality services for major clients.

Christian's career continued with pivotal roles at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, where he led Hospitality and Food Services programs, as well as managing assets like the Conrad Hotel. His strategic vision and entrepreneurial spirit led him to Miami in 2016, where he managed Hospitality and F&B programs for the ambitious Virgin/Brightline mix-use project, a transformative $4 billion infrastructure initiative.

He combines innovation, effective problem-solving, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, while fostering high-performing and collaborative teams.
